The successful candidate will work within the Finance and Administration Branch, providing coordination and administrative support related to all aspects of office administration.
 
The office coordinator performs a variety of administrative support functions and coordination activities for all branches in the administration and cabinet offices to ensure the day-to-day management and operations of the office (offices) and building (buildings). The office coordinator is responsible for managing departmental assets, supporting space planning and coordinating general office operations.

 

The incumbent plays a leading role in the inquiry and criticism office, performing financial responsibilities and supporting departmental health and safety initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
